WE WANT YOU TO LEAVE FEELING CONFIDENT, EMPOWERED, AND IN CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH.

For over a decade Cecil has been working with his clients to discover the root cause of their concerns, in order to determine the best management approach. During this time he has worked with patients of all ages with a vast multitude of conditions & injuries. Cecil believes each person is unique & that you have to treat the person as a whole, not just an injury, in order to achieve the greatest success. He tailors his treatments to meet their specific individual needs.

Cecil utilizes various treatment strategies including spinal and peripheral manipulation, Mulligan techniques, IMS/needling, exercise therapy and functional training, & a variety of taping techniques. He uses individualized combination of these & other strategies to achieve the best possible result for you. His goal is to assist each individual to optimize their results whether you are an occasional walker or an extreme athlete.

Cecil is originally from the beautiful province of Newfoundland. He completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2008 & after working as a physiotherapist in Nova Scotia for several years him & his wife decided to take on a new challenge & moved to the Northwest Territories. Although they enjoyed their northern experience it was time to live closer to family. They moved to the Cowichan Valley in 2018 with their four year old daughter, two year old son, three cats and two dogs. They have been excited to explore & enjoy everything this amazing area has to offer from hiking, boating, camping, biking, skiing, & lazy family days at home.
