We have parking reserved for clients at the rear of the building, with access off of Stanley Road. There is also limited street parking in front of the clinic.

Do you have parking?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A late cancellation or no show does not allow sufficient time to offer the appointment to someone else who requires care. For this reason we require 24 hours notice for a cancellation. In the case of a late cancellation or no show you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. This fee must be paid prior to returning for additional treatment.

What is our
cancellation policy?

In most cases a referral from a doctor is not needed. It may be required in order to be reimbursed by some extended health providers. Contact your provider directly prior to your appointment to confirm.

Do I require a referral from a doctor prior to my appointment?

Yes! We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. Please contact us prior to your appointment to confirm that we can direct bill for your appointment; We also bill directly for Worksafe BC & ICBC claims. If we are unable to direct bill your provider, we will provide a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.
